ANTONELLA  LIZZA è nata e vive a Roma, è stata una delle pioniere del bodybuilding in Italia e da oltre 35 anni è conosciuta come testimonial ed esperta  di  “fitness”, che lei considera più di una semplice pratica fisica ma: un approccio globale alla forma, alla performance, alla salute  psico-fisica e al benessere emozionale.

ATTUALMENTE
Ha fondato ed è la Direttrice  della scuola nazionale  ALTA FORMAZIONE  FITNESS,  Comitato per   ACSI (EPS CONI);   Responsabile Nazionale del settore FITNESS E BENESSERE perFederitalia; testimonial nazionale per il Fitness per APAS (Accademia per le Arti per le Scienze e per lo Sport, ONLUS).

ANTONELLA è inoltre una professionista nel settore della consulenza aziendale: laurea in Giurisprudenza con tesi in diritto del lavoro, già  project leader e assistente al controllo di gestione, esperta di formazione, sviluppo risorse umane,  comunicazione di impresa,   marketing  immagine. 

Atleta con  ricchissimo palmares:  15 titoli tra Campionati Mondiali e Miss Universo, l’ultimo titolo di  Campionessa Mondiale master IBFA  vinto a ottobre 2018.  La fusione interattiva delle sue esperienze e competenze è la base della sua poliedrica professionalità:

Founder and  Director of the national HIGH TRAINING FITNESS school for the ACSI (EPS CONI);  National Manager of the FITNESS AND WELLNESS AREA for Federitalia; national Fitness Testimonial for APAS (Academy for the Arts for Science and Sport, ONLUS). 

ANTONELLA is also a professional in the field of business consulting: graduated  in Law with a thesis in labor law, is also a former project leader and assistant in management control, expert in training, human resources development, business communication, image marketing. Athlete with many accomplishments: 15 titles won only in the World  and Miss Universe Championships, the last  one from the IBFA Master World Champion title won in October 2018.

The interactive fusion of his experiences and skills is the basis of his multi-faceted professionalism:

 • activities of educator and trainer (teaching, seminars, publications)
 • communication and image activities (web managers, advertising, media presences, testimonials)
